Group 5 worked with an outdoor apparel company in order to find a project management software for the creative department in order to improve productivity, efficiency, and the overall organization of projects. The main problem is the lack of control over the different parts involved in creative design so a system that could manage and offer users a visual timeline of projects would improve the processes involved for our client.
