We worked with Nick Deary from XBirt, a Managed Service Provider in the Boston area, to see if we could find a better set of Remote management and Monitoring (RMM) tools to manage client computers and servers. This new set of tools needed to be customer focused and provide new features while also remaining inexpensive to license.
